turkey, turkey and more turkey - with gravy and cranberry sauce

Roasted a 5kg or so bird for Xmas (actually, on the 23rd) with whole potatoes and pumpkin and green beans on the side.
wish I had taken a photo....

Xmas cake was cut up and served for afternoon tea, together with mince pies and some fruit.

For the past few days we have rehashed the turkey into sandwiches and on toast for breakfast!
