tuna and spinach "doria" loosely based on this and another recipe for au gratin, plus 2 and a bit tablespoons of sour cream (=yoghurt in this household). HAd about 1 cup of cooked rice left over too, so it fit perfectly in my half -quiche dish and enough for the three of us since J had already eaten something light at a work mixer. Super easy and quick.
