Going green?

Last night for dinner we had:
- spinach (and atsuage itame-mono)
- lettuce, cucumber, avocado (and tomato salad)
- wakame (egg drop soup)
- okra (and natto)
And Asari butter.

How much green stuff though, seriously?!? I think we need more colours at the dinner table!
